Description

Baan Chuddanip is a recently completed private villa available for rent on the tropical island of Koh Samui in southern Thailand. Situated above coconut and cashew plantations with panoramic views of the sea and mountains, the villa ensures privacy, comfort, and style.

With a design derived from the tropical architecture of southeast Asia and furnished with all modern amenities, Baan Chuddanip's 1000 sq. meters of living area, including five ensuite bedrooms, offer guests an unprecedented holiday experience or long term stay.

Entrance Level

Access to the Villa is made from the top of four levels where there are two ensuite bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and air conditioner. Glass doors open out to a shared balcony overlooking the main terrace and spectacular sea views. Two separate staircases lead from the entrance to three more levels of the home.

Central Living Areas

The middle level comprises an indoor living room/dining room, kitchen, as well as extensive outdoor living and dining areas. There are tables and chairs on this level to accommodate a seated dinner party for sixteen either inside or outside on the terrace depending upon the occasion. Also on this level is a separate home-theatre room with Satellite TV as well as a variety of DVDs available for viewing. Leading out from the media room is a shaded patio which also happens to be one of the hotpoints for the wireless internet.

Media/Home Theatre Room

A private, three-level home-theatre room with a combination of Lazy-Boy seating or comfortable layabout cushions is available. Satellite TV as well as a variety of DVD's are available for viewing.

Pool Level

The lower terrace provides three further ensuite bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, air conditioning and terrific sea views over the pool. Two of these have King beds while one has Twin beds which can be connected to provide a further King. The folding glass doors in each bedroom open wide to an expansive terrace which has a large BBQ/Bar /Breakfast area with several options for dining. There are numerous sunbeds and sunchairs as well as sheltered sitting areas in the shade when required. The pool is a 20 metre infinity edge lap pool including an immersion bed situated next to a waterslide!

Garden Level

A staff apartment is located on the lower garden level where the two full-time English speaking staff reside. Below the pool there is a large grassy area suitable for badminton, boules, or a game of your choice. There is also a traditional bamboo sala, where you might choose to have an in-villa massage in the privacy of the garden.
