Located in Ban Bang Rak, the "village of love" in English, Baan Tamarind is a villa within its own walled and landscaped tropical gardens consisting of 3 pavilions with 5 bedrooms providing luxury accommodation for up to 12 adults. While the sea is only a step down from the garden there is also a large private swimming pool. The villa enjoys spectacular views of the neighboring island of Koh Phan Ngan as well as stunning sunsets. The entrance ensures privacy and a secure parking area.
The large living/dining room is designed for simple and relaxed living, as well as elegant dinner parties and lavish entertainment should it be required and includes a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge opens onto a large wooden sun deck where one may relax, read a book or soak up some of Thailand's tropical rays and the peace of the Big Buddha Bay.
The 5 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, are all fully air-conditioned along with ceiling fans and feature special indoor/outdoor bathrooms and showers. All have views across to the beach and the islands beyond. One bedroom features two bunk beds ideal for children. With 2 double bedding, 2 twin bedding and 1 room with 2 bunk beds & loft, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
Totally self contained with Cable/Satellite TV and DVD/CD players and a host of board games to while away the time, the guest need never leave Ban Tamarind at all. Nearby are superb al fresco Thai and European restaurants as well as massage and health facilities. Alternatively, our staff are available to cook any meals you desire.
For the adventurous, arrangements can be made for boat trips to adjacent islands, water skiing, elephant trekking in the hills, visits to the Angthong Marine Park or shopping nearby in Chaweng or Lamai beaches. But if you are seeking the pulsating nightlife of Chaweng, just ten minutes away, our staff can offer some suggestions depending on your mood.
As with all properties managed by Samui Villas & Homes our resident staff are under the leadership of a Guest Relations Manager. They will cater to your every need including offering laundry, assistance with shopping and cooking if you so require.

- The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all Guests specific needs and help organise activities, massage and spa treatment as well as communication with the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa
- Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa
- Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
