The villas are laid-out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfilment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront. The large single and two- story beachfront homes consist of multi living pavilions that maximize the use of space and lend a village atmosphere. Walking from the lovely entrance down the central path, lush foliage intermingling with the buildings creates a feeling of intrigue as you explore your home-away-from-home.

With 4-5 pavilions per home, these hold the villas sleeping quarters with the secondary rooms towards the rear of the property and the contemporary master bedroom at the forefront together with a stylish full kitchen/dining pavilion and stepped pond over to the contemporary living room directly next to the villas large pool and Sala adjoining the beach.

Alternatively, the seaview villas that sit directly behind the beachfront homes provide guests with superior views and private multi-story accommodation. These beautiful villas provide guests with privacy and space to ensure the ultimate in relaxation and conveniences. The ground level comprises the private parking area and a double bedroom and en-suite with small garden courtyard. The first level is the primary living area with a large deck surrounding the villas swimming pool with the combined kitchen/dining and living room on one side and two more bedrooms with en-suites opposite. On the second and top level sits the large master bedroom. This room has a small sitting area and sizeable en-suite with bathtub that has views to die for!

Villa rates

• Daily rates from US$ 650 to 1,000 for a sea view villa, reduced occupancy rate for 2 bedroom available
• Bonus nights available during Intermediate season
• Reduced occupancy rate and/or promotional rate does not include chef service (can be provided upon availability and additional service fee)
• Daily rates include a Thai Chef service (food cost on Guests account)
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran)
• Rates are for a maximum of 8 guests (incl. children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 / night
• Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• Airport transfer: US$ 25 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers
• Baby cot provided free of charge
• Rates include daily Continental breakfast
