Ideally situated only 5 minutes away from Chaweng and 10 minutes from Maenam, Baan Reemo offers stunning views over the bay of Bophut and the neighboring island of Koh Phangan.

Enter the villa through the car port area (with automatic gate) or the gated entrance door. Follow the walk way over the pond to the two large back doors or walk all around to the front of the living area. The first impression in this house is that it offers you an overwhelming sensation of space with its high wooden ceiling, light wall color and split level between living and dining area.

The designer furniture comprise of a large dining table, a relaxing area with day sofas and a TV sitting area complete with 2 sofas, a poof and a 44” projector TV with surround system.

The living room has modern yet very comfortable furnishings that give you a warm ambience due to the delicate combination of colors such as brown, grey, black and red used for the fabrics and the unique Buddha panels or antique pots that complete the contrasted yet harmonious decoration. The final touch to the ambiance is the floor tiled with refreshing crème marble.

On the left to the main entrance is the fully equipped kitchen and its preparation island. From there stairs lead you to the first bedroom, overlooking Koh Phangan and the swimming pool area.
The bedroom is decorated with a contemporary style wooden bed, a large clothing cabinet and a TV/DVD set. Two steps down you enter the bathroom through a wooden door. With 2 sinks, a separate toilet, a rain shower and a bathtub with sea view, the room provides you the relaxing opportunity to enjoy the sea view.

Upstairs, to the right from the living room and overlooking the whole property and the sea view is a first independent pavilion, hosting a second bedroom with its en-suite.

From the terrace in front of the living room you take the steps down towards the pool deck. Both left and right you will find separate pavilions hosting two more bedrooms. Both decorated in their own unique warm but modern style, completed with a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower, bath and toilet. The large sliding windows open to fully enjoy the sea view and breeze.
The large infinity swimming pool is surrounded by a wide sand stone deck with large sun beds all around. The green tiles provide a smooth and pleasant transition between the light and natural color of the sand stone and the background greenery of the coconut plantation. Also treated as an entertainment area, the pool side features a Sala with kitchenette and BBQ, ideal for a casual luncheon or a sundowners.

Last but not least, below the swimming pool infinity edge and accessed through stairs behind the Sala, lay another hidden gem of Ban Reemo. A Finish sauna seating 4, exercise room fitted wth cardio equipment and the fifth bedroom with its en-suite complete the facilities of this unique property on Koh Samui.

Villa rates

• Daily rates from US$ 850 to 1,600 for the entire house or US$650 to 800 for 3 bedroom occupancy
• Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account)
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran)
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
• Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• Airport transfer: US$ 25 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
