Baan Chao Lay is a deluxe villa located on the idyllic west
coast of Koh Samui. Offering guests a superior standard of
accommodation from its classy, spacious design to its contemporary
interior design features, this villa has certainly been built
with quality in mind. Together with being located directly
on quiet Lipa Noi Beach, this is certainly a perfect location
for an exclusive tropical getaway.
As the large electric gates of Baan Chao Lay close behind
you, you are transported in to a luxurious environment where
privacy and peace is of high priority. Entering through the
villas inner gates, you step over the fish filled pond and
access the homes central courtyard. To the left and right
you find four out of the properties five bedrooms. Located
in two separate pavilions with two bedrooms in each, these
bedrooms consist of 3 doubles (king bed in each) and 1 twin
(2 single beds), all with their own en-suite with large walk-in
shower and decorative garden.
Within the central courtyard of the villa is the large swimming
pool with Jacuzzi. The pool is ideal for laps due to its length,
playing games or just lazing by it on the surrounding deck.
Wrapping around this area is the combined kitchen/dining/living
room and on the opposite side the large master bedroom with
dressing room and enormous en-suite. Both of these pavilions
have stunning water views and being on the west coast of the
island lends for viewing some of the most stunning sunsets
you will ever witness. The living room with its adjacent kitchen/dining
area is a fantastic place for relaxing and entertaining alike
and with direct access to the pool deck, garden and beach
frontage this opens up the villa to enjoy its surrounding
environment.
The master bedroom offers similar conveniences of being able
to open up completely to entice the senses of the beach and
garden and offers guests a calming area to rest. With its
large en-suite bathroom and dressing room area this is certainly
a sanctuary for the lead member of the party to have as their
own private retreat.
On the beach front under the shade and protection of the
giant trees lining the beach is the villas Sala. This can
be used for outdoor dining or alternatively relaxation in
the heat of the day.
Baan Chao Lay is a designer property that will suit all levels
of needs. With contemporary internal and external design and
modern pieces of furniture throughout, many will be attracted
to enjoy this little piece of indulgence in the tropics.
Location
Located on the West coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from
the ferry port of Nathon and 35 kms from Samui's international
airport.
Villa rates
- Daily rates from US$ 1,150 to 1,600 or US$ 900 to 1,100
for 3 bedrooms (in intermediate and high seasons only)

Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on
Guests account)

Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and
New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran)

children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
